Tottenham Hospur striker Harry Kane was presented with the Coca cola Golden Boot and Playmaker awards after topping the individual tables with 23 goals and 14 assists.
The awards means Harry Kane has recorded his best-ever Premier League goal contribution in a single (37).
Harry Kane becomes only the third player in Premier League history to finish with the most goals and the most assists in a single season.
The England international is also the first English player to provide the most assists in a Premier League season since Steven Gerrard in 2013/14 season.
Kane beat both Mohammed Salah and Kevin De Bryune to the number of goals and assist this Season with Salah finishing with 22 goals and De Bryune with 13 assist.
