Desire Oparanozie Misses Out As Super Falcon's Coach Invites 25 to Camp For Summer Series tour of America

Super Falcon Coach Randy Waldrum has made a provisional list of 25 players for the upcoming Summer Series tour of the United States of America and the big name missing in the list is Desire Oparanozie.

The in-form Dijon of France striker has not been invited to the national team since the super falcon last outing at the world cup in France 2019.

Coach Waldrum has made it known that only 23 players will make the trip to the US, meaning two players will be dropped from the provisional squad.

The nine-time African champions will play four-time world champions USA, Portugal and Jamaica at the BBVA Stadium in Houston and at the brand-new, $240million Q2 Stadium in Austin.

The match between the Super Falcons of Nigeria and the USA will be the first-ever football match at the state-of-the-art Q2 stadium while the remaining two matches will be at the BBVA stadium according to NFF website
