Romelo Lukaku back for Belgium

The Manchester United striker missed the 4-3 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina at the weekend with an ankle injury and was a doubt for this week’s dead runner against the Cypriots.

However, the burly forward has been passed fit to play, although with Belgium already guaranteed their place at Russia 2018, the striker may not be risked.

"The reason that he wasn't in the squad in the previous game was because he wasn't 100 percent," said Martinez.

"Now he is 100 percent but we need to take into consideration that he has been with the group for only one [training] session.

"He's been working on an individual basis, really good work, but we need to keep that in mind."

The news comes as a big boost to Manchester United, who face bitter rivals Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday, with the Anfield encounter kicking off at 13h30.
