Chelsea Coach warns Abramovic the final decision is mine

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is adamant he won't be forced out of the club.

Conte — widely tipped to leave Stamford Bridge — will thrash out his future this week.

The Italian said: “The decision is mine. I can speak with the family but that doesn't change my idea or my mind. "If I'm determined to do something, I do it.

 “As you know very well, the family live the same emotions as me, especially when you have this type of job as a manager.

 “It's normal to transfer your emotions to your house with your family. “But I think, for this reason, I'm very lucky to have a person very close to me who helps me in every moment, positive and negative, to face the situation in the best possible way.

It's very important to have the right person because this job brings a lot of pressure. “It's not easy to live close to the manager.

 “When I have dinner with other managers, and also with their wives, you understand it's not simple.

 “But you always find a great person very close to the manager.

 “You can see this person is very important for me and other coaches."
