Champions League Final : Zidane Faces Selection Headache

Due to the wealth of options available to Zinedine Zidane, he has admitted that it will be difficult to leave certain players out of the Champions League final.

A 6-0 win over Celta Vigo on Saturday contained great performances from Isco and Gareth Bale, forcing Zidane into a selection headache ahead of facing Liverpool.

"It's better to have everyone plugged in," the Real Madrid coach told reporters after the rout.

"Then of course it will be a headache to select the team for the final. "We had a great game and that was important.

We were very professional, scoring six goals and playing a lot of football. We did very well."

In particular, Bale stood out at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu and notched a superb brace that his boss appreciated. "He is very good, he has shown that," reflected the former midfielder. "He was good at everything.

"I am happy for him. But the important thing is that we all arrive in optimal form." Another in the spotlight before the trip to Kiev is Keylor Navas and Zidane discussed the confidence that his goalkeeper brings to the entire side when on this sort of form.

"I'm happy for him, for all the plaudits he has received," continued Zidane. "He saved us two or three times against Celta. It gives us hope when Keylor can do this kind of thing. He is a very important player."

The Frenchman also considered reports of Madrid going all out to sign Neymar in the summer, which he responded to by highlighting every top footballer's desire to sign for his club.
