Spanish prosecutor demands 5-years jail for Barcelona star Neymar

Spanish High Court prosecutor José Perals is demanding
two years jail for Barcelona star Neymar.

Perals has also called for five years jail for former Barca
president Sandro Rosell as the case over the player's move
from Santos to Barcelona rumbles on. There's also a
demand that Barca be penalised €8.4 million.

Investment company DIS, which originally was involved with
Neymar, have also presented their case to the Spanish
judge, reports Sport.

The Brazilian investor group claims eight years prison for
current president Josep Maria Bartomeu and Rosell, both for
corruption and fraud. As for Neymar and his parents, DIS
accused them of corruption and calls for a prison sentence
of five years.

Barcelona and Neymar have denied any wrongdoing.
