The private jet of Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has crash landed at Barcelona's El Prat airport after the landing gear broke on impact.
The Mirror says local media Real Madrid star Ron's plane suffered the terrifying accident on Monday, although he is not thought to have been on board.
Eyewitnesses said the emergency services raced to the scene after the malfunction.
A source said: "The plane is normally rented by companies and it was in use by one of them.
" Cristiano Ronaldo , his family or friends were not on the plane. The incident had no major consequences."
Ronaldo was in action for his Madrid side just 24 hours in their 2-2 draw with Borussia Dortmund in Germany.
