Arsenal boss Unai Emery has introduced a series of rules demanded of his newly-inherited squad.
The Mirror reports Emery has limited players using mobile phones at the training ground, and has banned them from using them completely during lunchtime.
The Spaniard wants young players to integrate and for the squad to build bonds through conversation that they hope will benefit them on the pitch.
Emery believes having phones at the dinner table will encourage players to isolate themselves by listening to music or interacting with friends and
family outside of the four walls.
