Hart trained with his new Torino team-mates for the
first time after arriving on loan.
The England No.1 was put through his paces on Wednesday
as he prepares to walk into Sinisa Mihaljovic’s side this
Sunday at Atalanta.
The 29-year-old officially signed for the Serie A side on
Deadline Day.
He will spend the season in Italy after being jettisoned by
new Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola after the Spaniard
signed Chile international Claudio Bravo from Barcelona.
Hart, renowned as one of the best goalkeepers in the world,
kept a clean sheet in Sam Allardyce’s first game in charge of
England last Sunday in the 1-0 2018 World Cup qualifying
win over Slovakia.
And he is yet to concede at all this season, in two games
for club and country.
The former Birmingham and Shrewsbury shot-stopper will be
hoping to continue that this Sunday when Torino travel to
the Stadio Atleti Azzuri d’Italia.
Torino are seventh in the Serie A table after two games.
They lost their season opener 3-2 at the San Siro to AC
Milan.
But they bounced back with an emphatic 5-1 home win over
Bologna before the international break and will hope to
continue where they left off now that Hart is in between the
posts.
