*Chelsea re-sign David Luiz
Brazilian internationa David Luiz returns to Stamford Bridge on a three-year deal.
He first joined the Blues from Benfica for £21.3m in January 2011, and made 143 appearances before leaving to join PSG for a reported £40m in 2014.
Capped 56 times for his country, Luiz won the Champions League and FA Cup with Chelsea in 2012, as well as the Europa League a year later.
He went on to lift two Ligue 1 titles with PSG.
"We had a fantastic story during my first time at the club," said Luiz.
*Leicester City Signs Islam Slimani
Premier League champions Leicester City have paid a club record fee for Sporting Lisbon's Algeria striker Islam Slimani just hours before the transfer window closed on Wednesday.
The player has moved for an initial 30 million euros with a further five million in add ons, Sporting said on their website. That eclipses the fee the Midlands club paid for Nigerian forward Ahmed Musa last month.
*Bournemouth Signs Jack wilshere On loan
The Arsenal midfielder has joined the Cherries on a season-long loan and his arrival at the Vitality Stadium certainly has the south coast club excited.
Blake told Bournemouth's official website: "Jack is a fantastic addition to the club.
"He is a player that needs no introduction and one that, quite rightly, our supporters will be excited to see in a Bournemouth shirt.
"He will bring a wealth of international and Premier League experience, so we are delighted to be able to welcome a player of his calibre to the club."
*Moussa Sissoko signs for Tottenham
Moussa Sissoko completed a dramatic £30million beat-the-deadline move to Tottenham.
Newcastle midfielder Sissoko was at the centre of a bitter tug-of-war between Spurs and Everton as the two clubs were involved in a saga throughout Deadline Day.
The relegated Magpies played hardball as they held out for £30m, with Sissoko determined to move to Tottenham.
He refused to go to Everton, even though the Toffees agreed a fee for him on Wednesday afternoon.
Tottenham’s first offer came on Tuesday night when they bid £16m but that was turned down flat.
Finally, Spurs came back in with a £30m bid and whisked the player down to their training ground.
*Nice Signs Balotelli For Free
Mario Balotelli has completed a free transfer from Liverpool to Nice, ending an underwhelming two-year spell at Anfield.
The 26-year-old striker has made 28 appearances, scoring four goals, since being signed by former Red boss Brendan Rodgers from AC Milan for £16m in 2014.
Balotelli also held talks with Swiss club FC Sion after being told to find a new club.
Nice came fourth in Ligue 1 last season to qualify for the Europa League.
Balotelli spent time on loan with Italian side AC Milan last season, scoring one goal in 20 games in Serie A.
*Wilfried Bony Joins Stoke City On Loan
Failing to make a significant impact at the Etihad, the former Swansea man will look to recapture his best form on loan at Stoke after the Potters paid £2m for his services.
