Wrestling :Brock Lesnar & Bobby Lashley Could Face Each Other in a 🤼UFC-Themed Match

Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley could face each other inside an Octagon in WWE.

According to Ringside News, the publisher and editor of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Dave Meltzer didn’t rule out the possibility of Lesnar and Lashley clashing in a worked MMA fight.

Meltzer said: “You know I can actually see them doing that as far as that idea I could see that.

“As far as a fight between the two of them, there’s no way of knowing. Brock fought much tougher guys than Lashley did. Brock and Lashley were pretty much opposites.

“Lashley fought a lot of guys that weren’t particularly great. In fact, he never fought anyone who was great at all.

“Brock only fought guys who were good or great. Brock did very well against them. As far as their attributes and everything.

“Lashley had more of a tough time conditioning than Brock did.”

Ken Shamrock and Steve Blackman faced each other in an MMA-themed bout WWE called a Lion’s Den Match at SummerSlam 1999 as a result of both men’s background in martial arts.

Lashley has targeted Lesnar and was supposed to compete in a multi-man No1 Contender’s Match at Extreme Rules on July 15 at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

However, the match was cancelled after RAW General Manager Kurt Angle announced that WWE’s contractual negotiations with the Universal Champion hit a snag.

Lashley will now take on Roman Reigns following weeks of intense confrontations between the two RAW superstars.
