Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho will qualify for a winner's medal should Liverpool lift the Champions League crown this season.
Jurgen Klopp 's side booked their place in the last four after finishing the job against Manchester City.
And should they emerge victorious on May 26, Coutinho could pick up a medal despite leaving for Barcelona in January, says the Mirror .
The Brazilian played in five of Liverpool 's six group stage games, scoring five goals in the process.
Those appearances ensured Coutinho was ineligible for Barca, who were dumped out by Roma on Tuesday night after a shock comeback from the Italian side.
The final say on if Coutinho gets a medal will likely come from boss Jurgen Klopp.
