Antoine Griezmann: That's Who Atletico Are

Fresh from netting a potentially decisive equaliser at Emirates Stadium, Antoine Griezmann said that Atletico Madrid's dogged performance on Thursday night defined them as a team.

Arsenal led through Alexandre Lacazette after Sime Vrsaljko was sent off just ten minutes in, but the hosts couldn't make their man advantage count and suffered a late Griezmann strike.

"That is who we are," the striker explained to BeIN Sports. "With ten, we all defend.

"The goal came from a mistake by our opponent, we know how to take advantage of mistakes.

"We have to do it, we have to get [the title]. We expect a crazy atmosphere at the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano.

"The start was crazy, and now we have a nice game back at home. I hope the fans make a crazy atmosphere, and that they want to go to the final.

"We will give everything."
Keeping Atletico in the game was Jan Oblak and the goalkeeper earned special praise from Griezmann, who rated the Slovenian as the world's best shot-stopper.

"Jan is the best goalkeeper in the world and not because he is my teammate, but because of the saves he makes and the points he gives us," he added.
