Manchester United came from a goal down to destroy Newcastle with Paul Pogba returning from injury and inspiring the Red Devils to the win with a goal and an assist straightaway! Also, the one and only Zlatan 'Ibracadabra' Ibrahimovic made his return to the side from injury after rupturing his ACL which kept him in the sideline for 7 months.

Romelu Lukaku finally found his scoring boot scoring a terrific goal, while Anthony Martial and Chris Smalling completed the goalscoring for the rampaging United in the demolition of the disjointed Toons Army.

Luiz Suarez found his scoring boot on the day as he scored a brace to lead Barcelona charge to thrashing Leganes. Paulino scored the other goal. With this win, Barca has opened a 10-point gap between them and Real Madrid on the log just after 12 matches.

Robert Lewandowski scored a brace and Arturo Vidal netted the other goal as Bayern Munich continues their new found winning formula and maintaining their lead at the top of the table. Returning manager Jupp Heynckes has really turned things around for Munich.

Also in the Bundesliga, Raffael netted a brace to propel Borussia Monchengladbach to an away win against hosts Hertha Berlin. Lars Stindl and Thorgan Hazard scored the other two goals in their impressive win.

Borussia Dortmund continues their poor run of form as they suffered another loss away to Stuttgart. Their downward slide off the Bundesliga table also saw them fall from the top to fourth in just few weeks with 9 massive points adrift leaders Bayern Munich.

PSG continues their scoring spree with another emphatic win against Nantes. Edison Cavani scored a brace, while Di Maria and Javier Pastore scored the other goals for the Paris side.

The remaining league matches in the top 5 leagues will be played today  Sunday.
